Founder

As the founder of KC Rhino with over 20 successful past and present companies under his belt in industries such as Solar and Electrical, Kent Crook has the experience and knowledge of marketing a business and building it from the ground up.

Kent’s success has allowed him to contribute his time, energy and funding to the South Florida community as a trustee, member and Chairman for several organizations, including the Florida Alliance for Renewable Energy among others. He’s also a published author with the business book “Rock Star Networking” and regularly writes for several Community Newspapers.

Kent’s drive, management skills and ability to implement technology in everything he does has allowed him to extend his ability to KC Rhino and help your company become a powerhouse in its field.

When not at the helm of driving his business to the heights of greatness, he enjoys networking and spending time with his family.

Bryan

Finance Director

Bryan a Hamilton brings years of experience in finance, reporting, and operations for small to mid-sized businesses. He’s a CPA, with experience at the prestigious PricewaterhouseCoopers firm where he worked directly with investors, operations managers, accounting and warehousing teams to maximize productivity, profitability and return to investors. Bryan is well-versed in all types of accounting systems from QuickBooks to Enterprise and ERP systems. He’s known around here for his plain-talk style and impressive ability to get things done.

Art Director

Ernie comes to KC Rhino as our Chief Art Director and Web Design Guru. As the creative genius behind KC Rhino, Ernie’s talent exceeds the normal. He has worked on projects using the latest technology of the time for high-profile clients including William Shatner and McDonalds. In 1995 when the web began to gain popularity, he moved into developing the first websites with data capture for MTV, CNN, Discovery Channel and TNT in the U.S. and Latin America. With almost 20 years in the field of Marketing and Design, Ernie assists customers with bringing their vision to life clients. Ernie is the brain and builder behind our clients’ websites and has worked on over 1,000 websites and has the experience and vision to lead your brand or company through internet marketing.

Ernie enjoys relaxing and spending time with family when his head is not in a creative daydream.

Shirley

Business Coach

Shirley Solis received her B.A. in Marketing and International Business from Florida International University. She is also a Certified Master Coach and Time Line Therapist® with the expertise to provide immediate breakthroughs, GUARANTEED, in the areas of business, relationship, personal growth, weight loss and health. Some of her successes include helping a company double their income in one month, while optimizing the company's processes and relationships. Lucas

Web Guru

Lucas Sommer grew up in Oregon and graduated from High School as valedictorian of his class. He went on to attend the University of Miami on an academic scholarship studying finance and music. Combining these two passions with a lifelong goal to become an entrepreneur, Lucas started a recording studio and production company in his dorm room to help artists in South Florida record and market their music.

While still pursuing his career in music, Lucas took a position at The University as program manager for a new entrepreneurship department he was hired to help develop called The Launch Pad. During his time at The Launch Pad, Lucas was consulted by over 400 student and alumni businesses on how to start, market, and grow their companies. Nights and weekends were dedicated to Lucas’s own entrepreneurial venture, developing a scalable social network marketing solution for musicians called Audimated. Shortly after leaving The Launch Pad in 2010, Lucas won the WeMedia Pitch It Challenge and $25,000 to start the business. After securing another initial investor and business partner, Lucas launched Audimated.com which today supports over 10,000 artists and has a growing publishing catalog.

In early 2011, Lucas started his second business, Socialated.com. After doing marketing for his own business for countless musicians, he realized the growing need for small businesses and brands to manage their online presence. Started in a spare bedroom with $1000, Socialated grew from a social media company to a full service marketing solution employing thirteen people and servicing clients from around the word. In 2014, Socialated was acquired by Virsocom Ventures where Lucas served as Digital Marketing Director.

Currently, Lucas lives in Atlanta and is a full time entrepreneur focused on driving online revenue for his clients. He is passionate about solving problems with his own projects and building solutions that scale. He has been featured in: ForbesReutersEntrepreneur.com, and is a frequent guest lecturer in the Miami area on entrepreneurship.

ANDREW

HubSpot Specialist

As our Certified Hubspot Specialist, Andrew Caulder is an all-around tech guy. With over 4 years of experience in a number of software programs, Andrew understands that an efficient process and software such as Hubspot can make life and success much easier. As a Hubspot specialist, Andrew tackles clients' specific needs and branding using the Hubspot platform. Before Lite Up Your Biz, Andrew served as a specialist in technical and analytical positions allowing him to transfer these skills into maximizing the power of Hubspot for our clients.

Customer service is also important to Andrew and he ensures that our clients get one on one consultations that allow him to custom tailor Hubspot to a clients' specific wants and needs. His greatest accomplishment is passing his Hubspot certification test, but he doesn't stop there. He holds himself accountable each day to learning something new about Hubspot so that he can properly serve you.

Andrew enjoys spending time with his wife and friends either visiting local restaurants or traveling.

Matt

Videographer

After graduating the University of Miami with honors in 1979, Matt Leone began his video production career. After early employment with a local NBC television affiliate in Georgia and then as Video Production Manager for Burdines Department Stores in Florida, Mr. Leone had built a solid foundation for great successes to come. Matt soon took the title of Broadcast Production Manager for Modernage Furniture which led to becoming named Chief Creative Director for Covalt Advertising in Miami Florida.

With detailed experience in both broadcast and corporate television, Matt was finally ready to realize his lifelong dream of opening his own Video Production Studio and established Leone Creative in 1999. In the years that followed, Leone Creative gained a reputation for producing award-winning video projects for local, national and eventually, international clients. The list of clients includes, Federated Department Stores, American Express, Airbus Industries, The South Broward Hospital District, BrandsmartUSA, The Esserman Automotive Group, HSN, Wiremasters Electric, and many more.

With tireless attention to detail, Matt honed his skills in creative scripting, shooting and editing. He carefully monitors audience reaction on each project to guarantee maximum effectiveness and viewer retention.

Keturah

Customer Relations

With over 5 years of customer service experience and previously being hands-on managing the day-to-day operations of a well-known South Florida company, Keturah is a great asset to KC Rhino and serves as our Project Manager. Fluent in Spanish and English, Keturah is the driving force behind our team. Keturah enjoys client interfacing and ensuring that clients walk away with from KC Rhino with a smile on their face.

She emphasizes urgency and quality to provide our clients with the quality they expect and deserve from the Rhino.

When Keturah is not wielding a whip, she enjoys shopping and relaxing with family.
